Unfortunately, I don't get to listen much to music these days since I got rid of my car and downsized my life. Unlike other people, I can't write at work while listening to the radio either. However,my immediate plan is to buy an iPod Shuffle for my gym work-outs so that should get me going again.

Grocery-shopping and a Japanese dinner with my former boss, Ivy

A Massage lotion which Ivy should have given me last Christmas, a piece of chocolate, a heart-shaped donut, a dozen e-cards, 20 text messages and an overseas phone call which threw me off-kilter. Oh, throw in some flowers... which I bought for myself.

I'd like to have washboard abs so a session with Dr. Vicki Belo would do (nyahaha)
