Am totally in lust with the new Apple MacBooks after trying them out today. It’s either I get a Sugar Daddy or work like a dog, horse, & carabao 20 hours a day/ 7 days a week just to snag one of them before the year is over.

Naku Ajay, I’ll get you one, $40 in NYC Chinatown. I’ll have one of my friends pick it up and ship it to you. I bought my mom the one, bargained them down to $28 for the LV Ellipse Sac à Dos, normally $855. I went to the store and compared afterwards. There is NO difference! I mean, maybe with the logo stitching inside the bag. Aside from that, it’s completely similar.
I want the whiteMacBook anytime. I’m not really into bags.

i’m not a handbag fan. but if i have a choice i’ll take the louie vitton bag anytime. actually i’m more in the computer side of the world. i already own a apple macbook pro notebook 2.16 ghz, 1 gb ram, 120 gb hd, 17 inch xga display, 8x dvd+/-rw superdrive, mac os x tger v10.4 and also a sony vaio FE550G notebook. but for some reason i still like to use my old workhorse compaq presario 1500 notebook for my everyday internet use. it’s still alive and kicking. i hope someday you have a chance to get a mac. it’s not a bad notebook. but to me they are all the same. it’s just the name

But it’s probably risky going to another continent and being held by Customs. I heard they’re strict about counterfeit products in Europe for instance…

Definitely, the MacBook! I just share this laptop with my hubby and it’s annoying when we both want to use it at the same time. But I probably don’t deserve the MacBook because I wouldn’t know how to use it. Like why is the black more expensive? What’s a ghz?
I have the iBook. It’s got Garage Band but I don’t know how to use that either. Don’t even know what’s a podcast.

Hi Toe. The black is more expensive, not because of the color, but because it has higher ghz - meaning it’s faster and more powerful. You should explore the iBook as you might be missing a lot:wink: The GarageBand is one cool feature because it lets you air a podcast in one click. You can do it!
i’d take the bag myself, hehehe. only as a gift though coz even if i have the money to buy it, i wouldn’t spend all that money for a purse. besides, i have 3 fake LV bags that hubby bought for me from Korea…LOL.
The bag sure looks lovely but I agree with you dexie. Wise gals like us just don’t part with that much money…for a purse!!! … unless our “sponsors” are dripping with cash, hehe
