Hi Corey. I read your post about the mango shakes at South Sea Resort..too bad I wasn’t able to taste it when I came by to visit.

Halo-halo is good. But I understand it should be an acquired taste for you. You should try this Razon’s halo-halo next time;)

That halo-halo actually looks more like a milkshake, which makes it appear much more inviting to a foreigner like myself. I got a few feet from a bowl of halo-halo in Dumaguete and it just gave me the creeps. There’s something about beans and gelatin and ice, along with several other colored, shiny objects that just, well, frightens me

Oh, but the mango shakes…best thing ever.

Hi Ladybug. Yes I heard in Pampanga, magka-partner na ino-order ang halo-halo and palabok. Razon started by offering those two dishes on the menu. Now they even have pasta and others.

the last time I had halohalo was in Baguio (maharlika centre) in 1995- and I had LBM! dahil I ate green mangoes and alamang before that…i never had it again…but might try this next time…we usually pass by nepo before going home to Baguio. rgds

Ten year’s is quite long Jet. Is there a way for you to reduce the sugar so you can taste it? Razon’s wasn’t too sweet either..just the right kind of sweet.
