Cheesy poem ahead:’i miss you…’

i miss you

because you’re there in the places we used to walk through

in the smooth outline of my coffee cup

where my lips wish it was you i am touching instead

i miss you

because soon it will be raining

and i’ll be staring at those droplets through my window pane -

your warm embrace shielding me from the cold,

your gentle voice playing through my mind

simply this soul knows it will march in spring

if it finds you and dances beside you

once again.

Egad, I miss blogging…..
can’t stop it, can’t resist it
simply have to be back, three days after the fact, hehe :P

      I love it how the mind turns poetic over something/someone we love. :) Just weaves, and weaves beautiful words together. :)
