Scratch-resistant is not scratch-proof, but they are excellent quality lenses, with a build I find to be better than comparable Oakley products. Mostly, I\'m all about their replacement guarantee - my current lenses are scratched, and I intend to replace them when my tour in Iraq ends. Interestingly, its a Rudy product that causes the scratching - I use their optical inserts, probably the single best feature of their eyewear line. Don\'t believe the inside of the lens has a scratch coating, and that\'s where my scratching occurs, as the insert rubs against the lenses\' inner face occasionally. Still, an excellent product, that compares well to Wiley X and Oakley products, the two most popular lines here among the Military.
