you are sooo powerful, ajay. i bet if you say that these folk at MOA give lousy service and can’t even come up with a decent warm cuppa… they’ll feel it in the pocket — where it counts. in the process, you’ll be doing us all a favour by pushing businesses such as these to up the ante when it comes to full customer satisfaction. coolness to the max, ajay!
