Ohhh, I so know what you mean about pork fixations that grip you in the middle of the day! Except for me, it’s almost always steak! My god, that bagnet looks like it could kill me … and I’d willingly be killed by it!

CH2B (Mr. Z!), there is ensaladang bagnet (bagnet salad) – a supposedly healthy salad, with pork rind! oops

Lawrence, Asia is quite large – you’d have to search far and wide to find bagnet. Depends where you’ll be really.
