Ajay is a thirty-something mom to a perky son and a pair of lovable twins. She thinks they are the most beautiful, huggable persons on this planet.
Ajay is more popularly known as the columnist behind Blog-O-Rama which is featured in Manila Bulletin’s Technews once a week.
She is also an anonymous food columnist for a reputable publication - the stuff her gluttonous dreams are made of.
Writing is only the icing on her workaholic cake. Ajay’s bread and butter is her work as a Concierge Manager for a Top 500 company where majority of its top customers speak in barok English.
This is Ajay’s personal weblog (stress on personal) and the views expressed here do not reflect the views of her company or the publication(s) she writes for.
While Ajay tries to be as honest as possible, it will be stupid for anyone to take everything she writes hook line & sinker. Sometimes Ajay is just having fun. Most of the time she writes when the mood suits her.
Ajay is an unabashed liberal . Indecent proposals and obscene comments not welcome.
Overall, this blog is wholesome as well as her life. Ajay has been travelling a lot lately that she hasn’t had time to use her vibrator and breathe.
Ajay is a non-smoker and prefers to kiss/be around people who do the same.
Ajay lives in an old 1950s apartment building in Malate and got it because of the sense of antiquity and character it emanates. She’s not sure about it now though as she now has to contend with rats, and ghosts!! Neighbors have often been knocking on her door lately to complain about the excessive noise of her kiddies during playtime. My. Oh. My.
Ajay is a fan of the following: clothes, massages, shoes on sale, bags (to a lesser degree), make-up, net surfing, hot brewed coffee, buffet breakfasts, trying out different restos, extraordinary hotels, gadgets, the dearly-departed Sex & The City, sex (simply), Friends, My Boyfriend Is A Twat, blogging with a passion, Asia & its diversity as well as a hundred other things she’s forgetting right now.
Ajay’s an accidental tourist and depends on the kindness and generosity of her editors for those media junkets and trips. Contrary to common perception, it’s not “free” considering that she has to write about the whole thing afterwards.
Ajay has been to the following countries: the US, Belgium, Holland, England, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Macau, China & Thailand
It was only recently that Ajay got over her fear of flying. Her other phobias include earthquakes, heights and snakes.
Ajay labels herself now as riproaringly single even though her last boyfriend thinks she is still his girlfriend and calls her everyday.
She is presently looking for someone to share great vacations with.
Ajay is happily attached to Mr. Z, whom she met in not-so-ordinary circumstances. Perhaps, the old adage is true: love indeed comes from the most unexpected places (and it begins with the letter F!)
Ajay’s three secret wishes which will probably be unfulfilled during her lifetime: being a vegetarian, being a lesbian and doing a threesome.
Ajay is no longer the jealous type. She thinks jealous women are so….uncool!!
Ajay grew up with her grandparents in an ample house by the beach. She was valedictorian of her elementary class. Afterwards it was off to Manila to immerse herself in a Catholic education which bored her completely. She now thinks that her Catholic schooling is the reason why she is not religious and will try hard not to impose the same on her children.
Ajay is the youngest of five children and has a younger half-sister she met only recently. She thinks she got her independent streak from her mother who has an PhD degree and raised her five kids alone.
Tomorrow is always a better day.

Dear Funny Lady,
I think you are cool, funny, smart and witty woman of substance, indeed!
Michael (Mikey) Matthews of NYC.
Ajay, you are much more interesting than I thought! Hope we can get together… whenever. Btw, you can fulfill your threesome fantasy by calling or texting me at 09172472491 when the need and opportunity arises. Hahaha! Cheers!
your blog is cool but i think you’re cooler. and that 1950s house you’re living at in malate.. i havent seen it but i bet it rocks. i like old houses too, and vacationing, and blogging, and sarcasm. and being a stranger because i guess you connect and get more honesty out of people when there is no sense of familiarity between the two of you. i wish you happiness and an adventurous life!

Hi! Happy BDay!
Wow! You’re you’re not the shy type! I wish I could be like that sometimes.
I love your kind of job. Being able to go places for short periods of time.

Thanks, by the way, for visiting my humble abode.
Ajay, are you related to Jinky Jusay?
[...] DO create a brand personality by perfecting your About page. Talk as much or as little about yourself as you want but keep in mind that readers like to know who they deal with, it helps to establish one of the crucial elements of a successful brand — trust. If it’s a collaborative blog, then talk about its authors, if it’s a business site, do talk about the nature of the business and who’s behind it, if it’s a mysterious aura you’re after, don’t reveal some details - let the readers build myths whether you’re a male or a female, engaged or available. Please email me back. Do you still remember me? ‘Been looking for you for a long time. UST, lots of gimmick…

Shoulda tried Google..worked for me! :-*
I really like your (writing) style; it’s witty & cute. Your blog is quite interesting and great to read.
Annalyn, kumusta na ang sexy kong kaibigan? How are you, your kids, including your twins? I’m still here, sa U.S., peryodista pa rin sa Balita (just moved here last March as their new idiotor). Anyway, got hold of your blog, kasi I was in touch (through his blog) with Batjay (brother of Howlin’ Dave or Dante David, who passed away, ex-dj of DzRJ), and while reading through his blog, I saw you had an interview with him about his blook. Kapitbahay ko sila nuon, sa Novaliches, during which we were all over Metro Manila’s discotheques. Remember? Miss ko ang mga happenings, but like you, I am now a family man, with two daughters. You can see me at Kababayan LA, a Filipino-produced TV news mag by (ex-PBA’S) Jannelle So. Some of the past shows I did with her can be viewed from our website: http://www.balita.com, click on Kababayan LA video footage or from Kababayan LA at http://www.la18.tv and click on Filipino programs. Stay sexy (good luck!). Rhony
