In all probability, I won't be going out of Manila during the Holy Week madness. But the whole clan did spend an enjoyable time in Batangas for the past few days to enjoy the beaches before all the crowds pour in. The seaside towns of Batangas province will always be desirable destinations for burned-out cityslickers like me since it's just two hours' drive from Manila. ... Continue Reading...
101 things I love about Manila (a continuing list)
bubbleboy Originally uploaded by annalyn. Manila unnerves me with its pack of beggars, criminals and swindlers (especially the one who victimized me last December)but I guess the things I love about this city outnumber the bad. I do plan to go on a food trip there when I travel early October. Plus, it's a good jump-off point to Guimaras Island and Boracay is only five hours away by land. Munchin' ... Continue Reading...
