    November 10, 2010 by ajay

November 16, 2010 has been declared a holiday by Malacanang today to celebrate the Muslim feast of Eid’l Adha. It seems Malacanang has finally found a way in the “holiday economics” law by saying that it also empowers the President to modify said holidays by law, order or proclamation.
