A bevy of 30 girls competed in yesterday's Bb. Pilipinas grand finals at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Bb. Pilipinas is considered the mother of all beauty pageants in the country and much-awaited by all (especially our gay friends). Proclaimed the fairest of them all as Miss Universe Philippines was 22-year old Janine Marie Tugonon from Balanga, Bataan. A Dove dinner and make-up lessons from Xeng Zulueta
To be a make-up artist is one of my secret wishes (and I guess it's no longer secret at this point). I think there's a fascinating art to looking good and the ability to transform a face with make-up is magic in itself.
