Sumilon is a private island owned by the Bluewater resorts group off Oslob in Cebu. After a surreal whale shark watching experience in the waters of Oslob town proper, most people put a visit to Sumilon on the itinerary, as it is just 20 to 25 minutes away by boat. I must say don't skip going to Sumilon if you're already in Oslob because the sandbar, with its perfect white sand beach, is just so beautiful...
