There's supposed to be no typhoon but Manila has been experiencing heavy rains which is already threatening people living in low-lying areas and raised the flood alert level to RED, meaning evacuation is necessary. That's according to the weather bureau, PAGASA. Am surprised there's still no brownout as I type this... just thankful that am in the comfort of our bed rather than wading in Manila's dirty flood waters.
