For most people, reaching 50 is a milestone. My generation is approaching it faster than we think, and when the time comes, a big celebration is in order. Lelz. Thankfully, with the health-conscious lifestyle of my contemporaries, approaching the 50s no longer paints such a doomsday picture. The 50s are the new 40s or even 30s, if you see it in the fit physiques of celebrities like Halle Berry, Demi Moore, Elle McPherson and the like. It's not just how you look, but how you feel! With yoga, it’s all about comfort
Am the type who likes my high-intensity exercises, the kind of adrenaline high gym rats get from spinning, cross circuit training and the like. Here's one place we checked out recently: New Bombay Royale in Venice Grand Canal Mall McKinley Hill. One can see from the interiors alone that it's an upscale establishment that perhaps reminds one of the days of the majarahjah. But surprisingly, the dishes aren't priced astronomically high. The usual specialties in Indian restos like the ... Continue Reading...

Last Independence Day in the iconic tourist landmark Rizal Park, leading condiments maker NutriAsia unveiled its Pinoy-themed food truck that will soon tour the metro offering affordable meals priced from only P40 to P80. This food truck features comfort food made with a twist by one of the country's leading chefs, Ernest Gala .... using NutriAsia products like Datu Puti, of course! The Adoburrito was really yummy. You have a choice of two adobo flavors for this one - the spicy adobo and humba adobo, partnered with egg and rice then wrapped burrito-style. ... Continue Reading...
