’twas one great party that Greenwich Pizza hosted last month to launch their exciting new product called Greenwich Pizza Thins! Trust us when we say that this new offering from Greenwich is a must-try & a must-taste
The crispy, thin crust of this pizza just wins it for me. We love that it stays firms to the bite even after it was set on the table for a long time. The base is also not oily and does not turn soggy.Of course, good pizza can only come from the freshest ingredients. A thinner crust means we can savor its tasty toppings more. And right on the dot, Greenwich offers their Pizza Thins in enticing flavors like their Signature Special, Hawaiian, Pepperoni and All Meat starting at a friendly price of only P189 for a double-size pizza.
A highlight of the party was the presence of matinee idol and Greenwich endorser John Lloyd Cruz who happily mingled with the crowd and was even seen passing the Pizza Thins to people at his table.
It was a major moment since it was my first time to see JLC in the flesh. His bestselling love story tandems with Bea Alonzo and Sarah Geronimo are the only Filipino movies I will line up for. So here’s how my Instagram feed read that day -
It wasn’t even end of November yet and our favorite people from Greenwich hosted a Christmas party at Makati Shang-ri La. I went to the event because of these pretty celebrities (accent on Anne Curtis because I watched her latest movies … in real life, she was so warm & friendly!)
After going kilig over him in The Mistress, I was secretly hoping John Lloyd Cruz would also be there but I guess he was busy attending to Angelica In this poster, the Greenwich Barkada look so happy.
Ever dread Christmas parties & Noche Buena because it makes you go gaga over the food you’re going to serve? Greenwich is offering a 15-inch Party Pizza with 16 square cut slices that is perfect for those get togethers.
Greenwich is my children’s go-to place in the mall. They love pizza ( I don’t) and the taste hits them right on the spot. Most of all, the customer-friendly price won’t break this mother’s bank.
Something to be joyful about: the kids’ favorite pizza chain has introduced the Special Overload Pizza and Crispy Glazed Chicken rice meal (probably their answer to the double deep-fried chicken craze flying around).
First things first: Greenwich Special Overload pizza has a record 13 mouth-watering toppings that includes beef, bacon, pepperoni and salami; fresh veggies like mushroom, olives, red and green bell pepper, onion and minced garlic; pineapple chunks, and of course a generous serving of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. They are all enclosed in Greenwich’s signature crust which is crisp on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside.
The invitation read: rockeoke night at Greenwich Katipunan. Katips (which is how some people refer to this campus area) is generally no man’s land for me because it’s at the end of the equator (the north to my south). But I just couldn’t say no to this girl: the new PR manager for Greenwich Pizza, Ms. Cookie Cabrera.
Believe it or not, I actually enjoyed the long drive to Katipunan because it made me see an area I don’t always venture into (yes I know right, this is ONLY Manila!) A change of scenery can be good sometimes (even if you see mostly smog in this city). Plus, there seemed to be interesting restaurants worth trying.
Anyway, the Greenwich Rockeoke Night was one event I enjoyed since it was a small crowd, had a simple objective (singing + eating + a little chatting). Not to mention, it was organized by the same publicity firm that made Magnum ice cream a public sensation.
Take a bow Adrian
