Not everything you read in the newspapers is true. Having worked in the industry myself, I know for a fact that stories are sometimes "planted" to lobby for something, influence public opinion or favor a high-spending advertiser. And now it seems Facebook has been caught with its pants down when it was identified as the one "feeding" anti-Google stories to the media. The ultimate Katy Perry concert experience with Hotmail!
Katy Perry has been staying Down Under the past two weeks and will be performing again in Sydney tonight and Brisbane tomorrow (May 15) to round up her California Dreams tour in Oz and NZ. We were able to catch her first concert in Brisbane last May 5 and it was an extraordinary experience. KP's energy is superb, her presence and energy is electrifying... like Madonna, there's no doubt she's one of the greatest artists of her time! Now it can be told: Katy Perry travelled 14 hours from California to perform Down Under (no pun intended). And I travelled 10 hours just to see her too... three hours to Singapore to meet with the Katy Perry Hotmail contest winners and another 7.5 hours to Australia, on a turbulent plane ride at that! :D But it was all worth it because as you well know..... Hello Brisbane!
I've been enjoying the sights of Brisbane, capital city of Queensland, Australia. This was quite the unexpected blogger trip, courtesy of the kind folks from Windows Live Hotmail & Microsoft (Asia-Pacific).
