Samsung 2011 gadgets & appliances up close
One of the events I attended last week was the annual Samsung AV Roadshow held at the Crowne Plaza Galleria. It was my turn to ogle at what the Korean electronics giant had to offer in terms of TVs, cameras and other gadgets for 2011. The new line-up of Smart TVs is simply awesome. During these times, I just choose to shut down my laptop and sleep instead of waiting forever for pages to load. SkyBroadband says, without blinking an eyelash: " Other Internet service providers can only give out 1 Mbps for ... Continue Reading...

You might have already seen him in the TV program Umagang Kay Ganda. But just in case you haven't, meet Art Samaniego, the Manila Bulletin Technews editor and "curator" of the Philippines' one and only informal gadgets lab. We should have more of these "mini museums" to amaze and excite gadget freaks from all over. The gadgets consist of old and new ones collected through the years by MB scion Emil Yap. He's known to acquire devices even before they hit the local market. Who can't fall in love with technology, right? I'd like to have this Dyson bladeless fan, ... Continue Reading...
