Nami Art Gallery opened its group exhibition “BLOOM” at the ground floor activity center of OPUS on May 13, bringing together works by respected Filipino artists and more than 40 contemporary artists.
The exhibition features works by Raul Lebajo, Raul Isidro, and Prudencio Lamarroza, alongside a diverse lineup of participating artists presenting different styles, themes, and expressions.

In her opening remarks, Nami Art Gallery managing director and co-founder Tin Yap described “BLOOM” as “a celebration of growth, color, courage, and the living energy of Philippine contemporary art.”
“Tonight, we are honored to share space with the works of Raul Lebajo, Raul Isidro, and Prudencio Lamarroza — artists whose names have helped shape the landscape of Philippine art,” Yap said.
She also thanked the participating artists for trusting the gallery with their works and the guests for supporting art and culture.
“To our artists, thank you for trusting this space with your work. To our guests, thank you for showing up for art, for culture, and for the people who continue to create it,” she added.

Yap, who co-founded Nami Art Gallery with Gab Yap, said the gallery continues to advocate for authentic artworks and the stories expressed through color and stroke.
Even before the formal opening ceremony, the exhibit had already drawn interest from collectors. By 3 p.m. on opening day, seven artworks had already been sold.
The early response reflected the strong connection between the artworks and the guests who attended the opening.
“BLOOM” highlights growth in different forms and stages, with each artist contributing a distinct voice to the exhibition. The show presents a broad view of Philippine contemporary art, from established masters to emerging and active artists.
The exhibition runs from May 13 to 24, 2026, at OPUS.
