With Chubby's, the concept is to offer the food specialties of the great American South like barbecued baby back ribs, BBQ meatloaf and pulled pork. Judging from our first visit, it seems this chain has another good product in the making. There really aren't so many places in the metro offering good, finger-lickin' ribs. The joys of living in southern Metro Manila, and I can very well say that after two years of relocating here. I still have to make my list of best dining places in Paranaque (where we live) but in the meantime, it's good to discover little exciting places here and there.
