The Chicken Delish kitchen was up to a ginormous challenge for Yummy Eats 2012 (held recently in Rockwell Tent): prepare food for 1,200 people. Chicken Delish in Yummy Eats 2012
I attended (and enjoyed) Yummy Eats last year. This is the annual food fair organized by YUMMY Magazine of Summit Media. I never thought I'd be part of Yummy Eats 2012 - not as a guest but as a featured food concessionaire! As my friends know, I've opened my mini-restaurant at Caltex Better Living in the South of Manila a few months ago. It's all systems go as far as my fried chicken brand is concerned ;) In fact, I've opened my first store front in Caltex Better Living (more on that later). Am setting my sights on Project: Retire from the Corporate Jungle early on, and of course fulfill my wish of seeing my youngest daughter Lucia's growing up years. Straight from the organizers of Mercato Centrale, Soderno @ Molito - the newest weekend market in the South of Manila - made its successful maiden run last November 18-20. The official address is the Molito Lifestyle Center at the corner of Madrigal & Commerce Avenues, in front of Alabang Town Center and Ayala Alabang Village.
