Something to cross off the bucket list: the girls and I finally had a staycation at the much-acclaimed Marco Polo Ortigas Manila last August. A few articles in this blog will tell you that I've wined and dined in this hotel several times, but staying was a totally different experience. It certainly made me find out the wonderful things that made Marco Polo earn the coveted five-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide, the most prestigious standard for luxury hospitality in the world. All caps on CHEESE by the way. My children and I are big lovers of it so that any dish that has cheese will surely be a big hit and gobbled up in no time. Pizza is the first thing that comes ...
