God only knows how beach-deprived I am! My childhood in the Visayas where our house was only two minutes from the sea is now just a dream. From Manila, I now have to drive three hours away just to have a glimpse of sand...and it's not even white :) The day before Easter, I found myself cruising the deserted highways with my three girls to get out of town. Sun Up to Sun Down was one fun event that Women’s Health Magazine and Femalenetwork.com.ph mounted with Watsons Philippines recently for the metro's avid sun-worshippers. The whole shindig was held at the sprawling atrium of the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. A few weekends ago - my two daughters: the 14-year old and the almost four years old attended the launch of Breeze's Sige Sabado movement at Arts in the City, Bonifacio Global City.The movement calls on all moms to dedicate Saturdays to their kids.
