Last October, I wrote about the opening of H&M in Manila after business sources reported that they have applied with the Board of Investments. With news this week saying that the first H&M store will be located in SM Megamall, presumptions were rife that the world's second largest apparel retailer has teamed up with the SM Group which already holds the Philippine franchise to big brands like Uniqlo and Forever21. However, this is not the case as H&M is entering the Philippine market on its own and not with a local partner. Here's the reply of the H&M HQ in Sweden ... Continue Reading...
Brow wax & tint session @BenefitBeautyPH
One fine Saturday, I had a "prettify your brow" session at the Benefit Brow Bar. This bar is found where Benefit cosmetics are sold...in this case, their newly-opened branch at the Mall of Asia.Just to disclose: this session wasn't sponsored, hahaha. Through make believe they discover both themselves and the world around them using language and other key skills in the process. One of the best ways to encourage your child’s imagination is to play ... Continue Reading...
Omron BP monitors and Kuya Kim

Prior to his career in television, he was a watersports enthusiast who hosted two sports television shows in his youth. But then, his focus on fitness took a backseat after he ran for councilor of Manila, got married, and concentrated on his role as husband and father of three. Even after giving up politics and returning to TV, he recalls his bad eating habits, intense stress levels, and overall unhealthy lifestyle. Then the unexpected happened. He suffered a stroke. ...
