Here's a beauty tip: lentils and all those legumes don't cause bloating if eaten by their lonesome so it's good to incorporate these in your diet.They are also packed with protein, fiber, anti-oxidants, calcium, and iron. Meralco recalls December 2013 electricity bill
Like most people, I was one of those who wasn't pleased when our latest electricity bill arrived last December 2013. How can I.... our household usage remained the same but the rate increased to 20 percent compared to the previous month. Reason given was the increased charges imposed on Meralco by power generating companies as a result of the Malampaya shutdown. Whatever.
