Rarely do I attend cooking classes at The Maya Kitchen because of the early call time, but I will be there this Saturday, Nov. 23, to see well-known Chef Fernando Aracama do his demo from 9am to 1pm. A shout-out for The Tides Boracay Hotel
The preview for "Batanes" was held in The Tides, Boracay's newest hotel. It made me think that I am definitely staying there on my next visit! Its main advantage is that it is right smack in D'Mall at Station 2, a center of the Bora night life and just a few walks to the main beach. The second reason is that I so dig its minimalist motif and the black & white lines (okay, predominantly white).
