This post is dedicated to my good friend and avid beauty contest watcher Ojie Lucman who has put his bets on the top 9 candidates ( plus one from me) - any of whom (we think!) will become the next Miss Universe 2010 to be crowned at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
