I agree with you that there's no better time to be outdoors this summer. The temperatures are higher than usual but it's really advised to go out there and do those activities that we would not otherwise enjoy during the rainy months. Day trip to Sumilon island in Oslob, Cebu
Sumilon is a private island owned by the Bluewater resorts group off Oslob in Cebu. After a surreal whale shark watching experience in the waters of Oslob town proper, most people put a visit to Sumilon on the itinerary, as it is just 20 to 25 minutes away by boat. I must say don't skip going to Sumilon if you're already in Oslob because the sandbar, with its perfect white sand beach, is just so beautiful...
