Indoor cycling & indoor rowing classes at Saddlerow Serendra
Indoor cycling was my exercise of choice in 2015 and last Christmas break I happily tried out a new studio that just opened also in Bonifacio Global City. Its name is Saddlerow and it doesn't just offer spinning classes but indoor rowing as well. Although I started in Electric Studio, Saddlerow has its own appeal. It is smaller (and thus more intimate) They share the reception area and toilet/shower area with Beyond Yoga. Cooking queso fundido with California cheese!
I've found a favorite cheese recipe and it's so easy to make! The dish is queso fundido which is the Mexican equivalent of the cheese fondue or cheese dip. I prepared this over the weekend while the girls and I were watching TV. It's really a comfort dish on those lazy days and even when you're having a party! Most of all, I love that queso fundido has all my favorite things: cheese, onions,tomatoes, peppers, chorizo and milk. I've attended quite a few events at the Green Sun in the past year.For those of you who don't know about it, it's this HUGE block of a building in the quiet part of Makati that's the Don Chino Roces Ave. (formerly Pasong Tamo) extension.
