So there's a list of Manila's 10 best ramen restos going around, and am bound to believe it because it's compiled by a Japanese, and second, because the article author Mr. Gaku Nakamura proclaims himself to be a "ramen consultant." Drivers license renewal in mall
Some Twitter friends were asking me yesterday if it was my birthday because I posted a status about renewing my driver's license. And I said no. I've just been sort of walking around on needle pins by driving around with an expired one. Hahaha.
