Am a newbie to netbooks. But when my beloved Mac underwent major repairs recently (all free courtesy of the AppleCare warranty), I had to get a standby, supplementary laptop. My choice is the pretty & dainty HP Mini by Studio Tord Boontje. Never mind if it's not the newest model in the market. I like its all-white, feminine form, the tactile keyboard, Windows 7 Starter pack and amazing six-cell battery life. I've eaten twice in this resto before, and I don't know what happened along the way. It's rare that i RANT, but when I do, my Kamote Award for Worst Service and Sanitation by a restaurant chain goes to ..... Tempura Japanese Grill. How else do you explain being an office worker on a one-hour lunch break, and 35 minutes later, your order still hasn't arrived?
