Today, I feel like a refugee in no-man's land. We've transferred offices and it's a terrible feeling going to work on the first day of the week without your table and computer. There is a McKinsey report calling for the reengineering of Philippine tourism. The July 26 issue of Newsweek cites the World's Best Countries and as expected, the Philippines is nowhere near the list.
