There are a few perks I can think of when it comes to living in the South of Metro Manila. One of them is free parking (!!) in commercial establishments. Yes, even in some of the SM malls. The South is also known for great food. So when residents hear of a new resto or joint opening up, we usually make a beeline to try it. Lease turnover is fast but more often, we aren't disappointed.
