Noted author and chef Gene Gonzalez is the featured chef in tomorrow's Maya Kitchen Culinary Elite Series to be held at the Liberty Building in Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City from 9am to 1pm. Rarely do I attend cooking classes at The Maya Kitchen because of the early call time, but I will be there this Saturday, Nov. 23, to see well-known Chef Fernando Aracama do his demo from 9am to 1pm. .... and so it came to pass that the Greek cooking class by chef-patron Robby Goco that I attended two Saturdays ago at The Maya Kitchen was the best one I've had this year!
