I can't explain why at the height of tropical storm Falcon last week, I was dreaming of my own little Paris in Makati, a quaint patisserie called Paris Delice .... Paris, of course, is one place I have to go which probably explains my fascination for this small place in Juno St. near Jupiter. I've been harboring a vain battle to eat light like a French woman.
