We had fun attending the launch of SM Hypermarket Street Food Festival 2018 in the Mall of Asia last August 24. For those not familiar, this is the biggest street food festival in the indoor setting and we like this because we not only get to sample truly Pinoy culinary delights but we also get great discounts and freebies from top brands participating. Menudo & adobo recipes at SM Master Chefs 2011 cooking marathon
It's nice to be reacquainted with lutong bahay or home cooking when you've eaten too many restaurant meals.:-D On spotlight this week: a delicious menudo dish that you can cook for 10 minutes or less.
