Zapata’s: great Mexican resto in Angeles City, Pampanga

It has been four years since I last visited Zapata's, the great Mexican resto just outside the perimeter gate of the Clark Special Economic Zone in Angeles City, Pampanga. Going to Clark usually means "food trip!" and during this weekend holiday, I showed the family usual haunts like the VFW Post 2845 and Holiday Inn (their Mequeni Cafe had a great breakfast buffet, btw). Ole! Great Mexican food at Zapata’s

Barely two hours after our hearty American lunch at VFW, interrupted by a little shopping-cum-walking exercise around the sprawling Puregold Supermarket inside the former Clark Air Base, we were ready to munch on great Mexican food at Zapata's.
