Sometimes you'd wonder if there's still room for another coffee label in Manila. It seems we already have everything. Britain's Costa Coffee certainly changed the game when they opened their first branch in Eastwood City in mid-2015. 2015 for me was about going back to the basics. The number of restaurants opening in Manila became so dizzying that I lost track anymore. It seems people became so obsessed with knowing what's hot and what the latest food trends are that the essence of appreciating food as it is got sidelined in the equation.
