Mechado, a Filipino-style beef stew, is another one of those dishes that's good to prepare during the holidays or bring to the potluck. Guess what? We've announced earlier in this space that H&M Robinsons Manila is opening today, December 17. Apparently, there's a delay. However, shopaholics can heave a sigh of relief that the waiting will not be much because the store will be unveiling its full fashion showcase on Saturday, December 20!
