The awaited opening of Ristras at McKinley Hill will not push through after all. During one of our drives to Bonifacio Global City, I saw Ristras open at Fairways Tower Condominium - in the same building where Malcolm's Place and Joey Pepperoni are. We thought it best to visit, especially as going to its first branch in the city of San Juan was something I couldn't find time to do (read: far away from me) Ristras the Fort boasts of modern interiors. November 29 has also been declared a non-working holiday by Malacanang to commemorate Bonifacio Day which is traditionally held on November 30.
